Lian sold our property in Mandurah. This proved to be not a simple task as he had to contend with a disruptive and belligerent neighbour who stormed in on the open home, his son (bless him) helped look after the tenants baby whilst showing prospective buyers through the property and he managed to do this by still displaying remarkable professionalism throughout. He made the whole process so easy for us - seamless! Thank you Lian! To top it all Lian obtained us a really good deal. The buyer was also pleased how the whole process was managed.
